CNA’s current CNA risk management seminar is “From Start to Finish: Managing Risk for the Road Ahead.”
It is a 2 hour live webinar, which provides 2 hours Ethics/Professionalism credit for your state MCLE requirement and a substantial premium discount for each CNA insured lawyer who attends. The premium discount is 7.5% if all attorneys in the firm earn the credit.
The topics covered include: client fraud, crime and troublesome behavior, hard learned lessons in cybersecurity, attorney well-being, and “A Day in the Life of” a firm planning for retirement.
The schedule for live seminars is still on hold, but there are online options for you to participate in webinars or the on-demand option that can be completed anytime.
Either the webinar or the on-demand program will earn the full CNA premium discount of up to 7.5% if all attorneys qualify. The credit is good for two years. It will also earn 2 hours of Ethics MCLE the year it is completed. The cost to register for either the webinar or the on-demand program is $19.99 per attorney.
